Love the app
It came with batteries so it took me a second to turn it on and try it out. It’s so lightweight! I mean my previous scale that stopped working was like 5 times heavier.Once you turn it on you have to download the app. The app immediately connects to the scale – you don’t have to do anything. Which is great! I always spend so much time on pairing smart devices. Instead of other scales I used we always had to add a new person to the scale. With this one you have the app and if you want to weigh yourself then click the button in the app and it will log your weight. If someone else in the family wants to use it, they use it from their app.Hard to tell about its accuracy but it gets the weight perfectly, not sure about the rest of the body composition as I don’t have anything else to compare it with. But it’s a great estimate and the app helps you set a goal and work towards it – like what body fat percentage or muscle mass percentage you want to achieve. I think they have a great app and it’s easy to use. I weigh myself once a week to track my progress.

Great scale- lots of useful data – the app privacy policy should be illegal though
The scale itself if great. Lots of useful and seemingly accurate data produced. It gives data most other scales don’t- like visceral and subcutaneous fat data. You must download an app to save or share data with family and friends. It allows multiple users but each user must download the app on their phone with their separate account info and personal data. The PRIVACY POLICY is so permissive for the manufacturer that it should be illegal. They have the right to share your data with everyone and anyone they affiliate with- and you are never given the names or interests of these 3rd party companies. Basically it is data raping your phone and info. After one day of use, I have received over 20 new spam advertising emails. Thank goodness I have a dummy email account for this purpose.

This is a great tool to maintain and track your fitness goals. Scales do not provide all the information needed as to your body. With this tool you can track your fitness goals using body fat and muscle growth. Remember muscle weighs more than fat thus your weight may not go down but stay constant as you attempt to obtain your goal. This scale give you information to achieve you process in obtaining the best possible you at the time of your life where it becomes difficult to both lose weight and not lose strength. The older we get the harder it is to obtain physical fitness goals. At least this is the way my body is over 60.Thank you

Love the scale and the app! Works great and reliable weighing. My prior Wyze scale would vary +-5 pounds with back to back weighings, but this scale is very consistent. Very pleased and like the tracking with the iOS app.

I bought this scale thinking it wouldn’t require a phone or app to display the stats but I was wrong. Before you can see any stats other than your weight you have to download the app and create a profile, only then will any stats to appear on the scale itself. Defeats the purpose for me. It did show my weight accurately though so 2 stars.
