Do not mix memory kits. Memory kits are sold in matched kits that are designed to run together as a set. Mixing memory kits will result in stability issues or system failure.
For AMD X870, AMD B850, AMD B840 platforms. Refer to G.SKILL memory QVL or RAM Configurator tool on the G.SKILL website for more details on validated motherboard and hardware.

Reaching the rated XMP or EXPO overclock speed and system stability will depend on the compatibility and capability of the motherboard and CPU used.

The memory quality is top-notch, and the RGB looks clean and vibrant without being overwhelming.If you like overclocking, this RAM has great headroom and stays stable. running at full rates EXPO speeds on my asrock X870e taichi with a 9950X3D. RGB looks good even though i have it disabled. zero issues booting and zero stability issues.

The product is amazing. Paired with my 9800X3D and RTX 4090, this gskill trident z neo RGB 6400mhz CL30 RAM is faster than anything I’ve had. It boosted my 1% & .1% lows FPS by about 5%-15% versus using my Corsair 6400MHz cl36. My average FPS went up about 10% across the board as well and I play on a G9 OLED 49 ultra wide monitor. That’s at 5120x1440p so I was really surprised at that high resolution that I would get such a boost in performance. The efficiency is very surprising, especially the smoothness. That was the biggest change was the smoothness. I can actually see and feel the difference when I’m playing.

Exactly as described.I typically get the Corsair RBG. I finally updated everything to am5 in my new build and I wanted to go with something different and I’m glad I did.I will say the color options are lacking in the software on these, with the Corsair you can pretty much make them do whatever you want but the options on these are very slim.That was the only thing that was disappointing.Other than that they work great which I suppose is the main concern!
