How to ensure the 4K video quality?
PIXY uses a SONY 1/2.55″ sensor with true 4K resolution, but image quality depends on lighting. In low light or strong backlight, images may look grainy, dark, or washed out. For best results, use in bright natural light or add lighting.
Why does AI auto-tracking sometimes lose me or feel delayed?
PIXY’s AI tracking works best for single-person or moderate movement. In multi-person or fast-motion scenes, it may lose the target or show delays. For best results, keep one main subject in frame and ensure good lighting.
Why can’t the webcam connect to my device or software?
PIXY is compatible with Windows 10/11 (64-bit) and macOS 10.14+. It doesn’t support ARM-based Windows, iPad, game consoles. Please connect directly to your computer’s USB port using the included cable and adapter, as hubs/docks may cause instability.
Why does EMEET STUDIO crash or reset my settings?
Older EMEET STUDIO may crash, fail updates, or reset settings. Please update to the latest version for stability. Key parameters like exposure, white balance, and focus must be manually locked in the app to be saved directly to the camera.

Camera has been VERY good for the price. I have had no issues with the camera, tracks well, the mic works fine, no one has said anything negative on video calls and the 4k works well for video. Would recommend.

Impressive optics & dual-camera design
If you are in the market for a high-quality webcam that goes beyond the basics — for streaming, teaching, high-end videoconferencing, content creation — the PIXY is an excellent choice. I am so in love with it!It marries strong hardware (4K, fast autofocus, dual cameras, PTZ) with creator-friendly features (gestures, presets, mic modes).Yes, the software isn’t perfect, and lighting + audio still benefit from external support — but the balanced package is one of the best I’ve seen in the sub-$200ish webcam space.If you ask me: Go for it if you’ll make use of the tracking/PTZ/creator features. If you just need a basic webcam for meetings, you might not need all the bells and whistles — but you’ll have them anyway and may appreciate them sooner than you expect.

Tiny, but Quality
So far, so good. Great picture quality, easy to use, connected to my MacBook Pro almost instantly…and I never have to think about it. The autofocus helps when I am moving around my desk, and the microphone does a great job of capturing my voice and not my Great Dane’s loud booming bark. It. Just. Works.I love technology that I don’t have to worry about – and this seems to fit the bill! Worth the cost, for sure.

Little and mighty
This has been an excellent replacement for our main camera in the classroom to stream to our virtual students. Our original camera was fixed. We have it ceiling mounted. The preset settings are great. Zoom could be better but I can boost it through our mixer. The AI smart board view is worthless. The table view will not work when ceiling mounted. Tracking is great. The control pad on the app is too responsive and controlling via hot keys are slow. We currently use a stream deck with hot key input to control the camera. We have not tested the audio as we have sound integrated into the room.

Very Good camera, easy to install, the video quality is really high, you can make 4k videos if you want and is compatible with OBS Studio, Zoom app, WhatsApp and everything. Recommend 👍🏻

I Highly Recommend
I researched long and hard to find what I felt would be a wise purchase. The EMEET Pixy had all the features I wanted and then some. The price had been reduced while I was doing my research but went back to the regular price when I finally made my selection. I felt comfortable purchasing it from Amazon in case I didn’t like it. But I really like it and won’t need to return it. I am very pleased with the quality of the camera. It should last me for a long time. The technology is amazing and it works well. I hope to take advantage of all the things it can do as needed.
