Great value for affordable price!
Sounds AMAZING! A huge step up from the sound my old suitcase speakers produced. I’m using them in a bedroom and they get more than loud enough for my needs. They seem to be built great and are aesthetically pleasing. It was very easy for me to set them up as a first time turntable user. Fantastic value for the price!

Nice price-to-performance, but needs to improve in bass
They do provide a nice variety of options to connect several devices, including a vinyl record player, yet the sound quality is a bit lacking. They do provide great volume capabilities, but you will need a separate equalizer to tweak base and treble IF, and only IF, you are very picky for stuff like that. I do, however, notice that for the price, they do sound well. I use these for my PC and my turntable.

Had purchased a garrard turntable and Jayco pre amp. Purchased speakers iLive brand. Horrible loud humming. Then I purchased these little guys. I was unsure how they would be given mixed reviews. So happy that they sound excellent and the loud humming is no longer present. Love the responsive volume control nob. Thought the small size may decrease quality of sound but not so. Quality build. Not cheap. Very happy.

Cheap. You get what you pay for.
You get exactly what you pay for. Very cheap and just able to do everything it promises. They feel very cheap, and sound cheaper. Lots of artifacts and a very annoying hiss when not in use. There is no way to actually turn them off fully without unplugging them. setup was pretty simple. They look ok.

Best speakers I’ve used for record player
Got these to hook up to a vintage record player. It didn’t work at first, and I read the instructions and they just so happened to explain in the instructions that if you try and set them up with specifically an old record player, it may not work without a preamp. I thought it was awesome that the instruction manual said that and I didn’t even have to google anything. Got the preamp and the speakers work wonderfully. Some of the only ones I could find with RCA input, and they sound great. The Bluetooth feature also works really well, it connects to my phone automatically faster than any speaker I’ve used before. They’re also very sleek looking, great speakers overall

I am throwing these in the garbage.
Poor quality speakers. Underpowered so I had to get a pre-amp. Weird knob on back controls volume, revolves infinitely so you never know where it’s set at. Also it keeps reverting to a setting where no sound comes through and I have to keep pushing the weird knob to reset it. I am throwing them away.

I own many fancy speakers all the way up to almighty mega speakers Neumann KH 80 DSP.The thing is all these speakers sound good under certain conditions, certain music, certain amp, placement in the room and so on. But these Electrohome speakers are simple and they sounds great under any condition, any placement, any music, any genre, or YouTube videos or movies, it just sounds great, great resolution and satisfaction. Just simple natural sounding speakers. These are so hard to find nowadays. These are my default speakers now.
