Great Keyboard Case That Truly Transforms the iPad
I’ve got the EIP Magnetix Keyboard Case for my iPad (7/8/9th gen & Air 3rd), and I have to say—I really like it. It’s one of those accessories that just makes my iPad feel more like a laptop when I’m working or writing. The detachable magnetic keyboard is smooth to snap on and take off, and the built-in trackpad works surprisingly well—which makes a big difference when I’m doing more than just browsing. The case itself is solid and gives decent protection, while the keyboard and trackpad combo make it feel much more productive.What stands out: the typing experience is good—keys are responsive, the layout feels familiar, and the backlighting is a nice touch for low-light use. The trackpad adds real value, letting me scroll, select, and use gestures instead of just tapping the screen. I also appreciate the flexibility—detaching the keyboard when I’m drawing or relaxing and then snapping it back when I’m writing is seamless.That said, it’s not perfect. There are a few trade-offs. First, the fit and compatibility matter a lot—you’ll want to double-check exactly which iPad model you have before buying. Some folks report that the keyboard isn’t as sturdy in certain angled positions or with heavier typing. Also, while the case gives good protection, it’s a bit bulkier than a minimalist folio, which might matter if you carry the iPad everywhere. Finally, while the trackpad and keyboard are good, they’re not quite at the level of a full laptop keyboard or high-end trackpad experience—so if you’re doing serious typ ing or long sessions, you might notice the difference.Overall, I’d say this keyboard case is more than good—it’s a strong choice if you want to transform your iPad into a real productivity machine without spending the premium Apple-price for their keyboard. For me it hits almost all the right notes; the minor flaws are there, but they’re manageable given what you get.

Palm rejection is missing
The only fatal problem is that it has a weak or no palm rejection function. During typing, the bottom of the right thumb inevitably touches the trackpad, which leads to an annoying typing experience. Although there is a short cut to shut down the trackpad conveniently, it is still annoying.Two designs it can improve. 1) the keyboard layout. For now, keys are more likely left-oriented. The two hands would have to be more likely placed on the left side. A good keyboard layout should make the two hands float roughly in the center. 2) the back holder set. It is not easy to pull out the holder set. It firmly attaches to the iPad (which is good). I have to use fingernail to insert into the stand to open and then to adjust the angle.Otherwise, it is a very well built keyboard case. The material is high quality. Everything is responsive. Charging is good. Battery is working very well. Without backlight, it can definitely last for days of usage. With the strongest backlight, battery uses fast. (25% within a hour). The palm resting pad ares is also comfortable. The Apple Pencil holder is good. The case does not hurt the iPad and also well protects the iPad. It fits my iPad Pro 11 2nd Gen. The case size is nothing more and nothing less. Price is also reasonable.

Excellent Keyboard Case for iPad
Just tried this out and immediately I can use my iPad as a laptop. This is very well made; has functional keys in addition to the usual keyboard functions. The fit is perfect for my iPad and the iPad buttons are extended on this case, and are fully operational. This does not feel cheap or flimsy and is overall a great find. I already tried and returned 2 others before finding this one and as an initial assessment, this one’s the keeper..!

Good product with good price. Work seamlessly with my ipad. The case looks nice too.
