Perfect for the price
Purchased as a Christmas white elephant and glad I did on such a great deal the sound quality is on plant the color is sleek and the overall functionality is great for the price alexa doesn’t always listen during voice recognition and confuses me with my daughter so blocks a lot of adult capabilities but overall fun and a perfect compact size for the great sound quality.Fun connecting the light buld and being able to do voice commands.

Alexa, great product and a good friend
Love Alexa! I use her for multi tasks. She’s great for reminders, alarm clock, weather reports, please music through my home turns on lights. I am much much more. She has a great sense of humor and is helpful with recipes, bedtime stories, and she even sings. Her size is perfect and attractive. I have no problem fitting her in small places.

I rely on these “Echo’s” everywhere. They keep me informed on current news, weather, deliveries. Reminds me of upcoming meetings. Wakes me in the morning with alarms. Turns my lights on and off. Plays music or reads me a book. Keeps my dogs company when I am at work. It’s amazing how quickly we’ve adapted to allowing some entity to listen to us 24 hours a day and cripple us to the point we don’t get up to switch a light in or turn on the tv. While the conveniences are incredible, I wonder what the disabilities are ultimately going to be. I’m old now, so I’m going with it, but it is something to consider.

Easy setup
The Alexa took about 10 minutes to set up and the lightbulb took about 10 minutes to set up and connect to the Alexa, it’s very easy to control i can just say “Hey Alexa change light to blue” and it goes to blue and if I wanna change the brightness i can say “Hey Alexa make lamp brightness go up/down” also I’ve been listening to music on the Alexa and the sound quality is good, I like the design of the Alexa, its small and easy to put almost anywhere, the light is decent just it overheats after a few minutes of use.
