This Fan is Smarter Than Me and I’m Okay With That
I didn’t expect to develop a meaningful relationship with a standing fan, and yet… here we are.I bought the DREO Smart Standing Fan because I was hot, lazy, and easily impressed by anything that claims to have TurboWind technology. (Sounds like something Iron Man uses to dry his suit.) I figured it would blow some air at me and maybe look cool in the corner. Oh no. This thing changed my life.First off, whole-room airflow in one minute? Accurate. I turned it on Turbo mode and it felt like the walls sighed in relief. It launched a Dorito wrapper clean across the room. Powerful airflow up to 90 ft? My neighbor two doors down said he suddenly felt “a mysterious breeze and inner peace.”It’s also got this app control, voice commands, RGB lights — like, I’m out here asking Alexa to “summon the breeze,” and DREO responds like a loyal air wizard. My thermostat cried itself to sleep. Bonus: the RGB light makes it look like my fan is DJing a silent rave in my living room.With 9 speeds, and a 3D oscillation system that rotates like it’s scanning for life forms, this thing’s basically the Tesla of fans. Auto mode adjusts speed based on the room temp — which is how I found out my living room is emotionally unstable.And let’s talk about the ultra-quiet motor: It runs at 20dB, which is quieter than my own thoughts. Sometimes I check if it’s still on by walking directly into the airflow and being spiritually slapped by a cold breeze. Perfect for sleeping, working, or passive-aggressively ignoring housemates.In conclusion: I bought a fan and accidentally invited the future into my home. Wow! Best fan I’ve ever owned
I was attracted to this fan because of its small size and champagne color. I needed a fan for my bedroom that didn’t look like an eyesore. It was pricey for me but now that I have it I have no regrets. I don’t use the connectivity. For me it’s not necessary. Love that I can control via remote on my nightstand. It can rotate up and down or left to right and you can change how far it goes. Although I wasn’t clear from the instructions how that worked I somehow got it to my preferred setting. Instructions could’ve been better for that part.It has sooo many speeds it’s amazing. So powerful if you need it. Yet if you’re looking for a gentle breeze the low settings will give you that and super quiet. I don’t use the lighting but that’s sort of cool and interesting. It has more bells and whistles than I truly need but I LOVE it and want one for every room!

I love this fan, it’s powerful and it has so many features. For the most part I don’t use a lot of them but it is really fancy and it’s not bad looking either. My son uses it when I’m not home because it has lights on it and it helps him see when he has to get up to use the restroom. It oscillates back and forth and up and down. Has like 9 or 10 speed settings and it’s just a very nice fan. If you’re someone who likes the sound of a fan when you sleep you will love this. It’s not overly loud but for me it’s just right and it really moves the air very well

Best fan I have owned, all around!
This is the best fan I have ever owned, I’m in love with it and even just bought a 2nd one for another room. I absolutely love the remote and that the fan has so many different speed options, and the highest speed is strong all while being very quiet – plus the app you can download and all of the lighting you can play with. On top of all that, you can make it swivel up and down or left and right or both at the same time. Oh and the white and light brown color, so perfect for my bohemian theme. Can’t recommend it enough!

This fan is incredible!The build quality is what you’d expect from DREO, so it’s top tier. This fan has 10 speeds. Normal 1-9 + TURBO (10). This fan has horizontal osculation of 120-degrees, and vertical osculation of 120-degrees. The app allows you to do several things and make custom osculation presets and customize your fan how you like, and can schedule on/off and how you’d like to osculate the fan. It has Auto, Natural, Normal, Sleep, a timed run, turbo, and custom sections. A temperature monitor and ambient temperature calibration within the app, and RGB lighting with customizable RGBs in any color you can think of thru the app, plus a few RGB light effects.I live in a very hot climate and fans have been essential in my daily existence and would be miserable without a fan. This fan is worth every penny. I highly recommend it.Personally, I will be buying more of these to hoard because after this fan has spoiled me, a standard fan wont do any longer if this fan dies. The price is also fair for what you get.If all this is important to you. Buy the fan. however, there is a exact model like this, without the RGB and Wi-Fi / smart app connectivity and it will save you a bit of money.TL;DR: If you like a fan that can osculate 120-degrees horizontally and vertically with deep customization in the DREO smart app, and like RGB lighting. This fan is for you. If you don’t need the smart app customization, and RGB lighting, there is the SAME model for a lot less money available. Highly recommended.

Enorm tevreden over deze ventilator. Voorheen altijd goedkope ventilatoren gehad maar ik wilde eens investeren in een wat duurdere. De ventilator is super stil, eenvoudig om te bedienen. De app werkt ook perfect.1 wens voor de toekomst om hem ook via Siri te kunnen bedienen.

I am so in love with this fan!I get hot easily and have a health condition that can flare up when overheated, so, when my last fan died, I looked for a new one and this one is currently surpassing all expectations!We put it together quickly and easily. Just a few minutes when out of the box. It is quite attractive, but the ‘wooden’ sections are brown plastic and not very realistic. That doesn’t matter in the slightest, but I’ve added a photo to this review, in case it’s important to someone. It is quite heavy, but that makes it more sturdy, I think.The fan is really really quiet and even at the highest speed it isn’t an unpleasant sound at all. I find it quite soothing when used during the night!Because of the oscillation options, the room cooks down top to bottom in no time at all. The airflow created is very pleasant and not an aggressive burst (if you know what I mean).The ambient light at the back is a night touch and the colour can be changed to suit your preference.The only slight drawback is that the remote control is a bit hit and miss, but that could be me pointing it in slightly the wrong place? I don’t know and it doesn’t bother me. I used Alexa to turn it on and off and can use it to control the speed and activate oscillation, although I generally just use the remote.Overall, I am finding this fantastic to be excellent quality and, although more expensive than a lot of fans, I consider it to be good value for everything it offers.

Difficult product to rate.Its a really nice looking fan, modern and different. However not as quiet as I expected – I was looking for the most quiet fan possible. I would say level 3 I dont hear it but from 4 I begin to hear the fan. I would say the Xiaomi wireless fan is quieter.However the movement of the fan is why I am not returning it. It really makes a difference in cooling the room, plus with the option for a quick turbo boost to get the air moving and the fact I can keep the fan blowing upwards cooling the room but not feeling constant wind blowing on me is another thing I was looking for in a fan.I can control it from my phone and the light is a funky extra to have.I would recommend this fan, if you are not as fussy as me, you would probably give it 6 stars.If level 5 was as quiet as 3, I would give it 5 stars.I did order the starlight colour and they delivered the silver which was disappointing but not swapping to save myself the hassle.
