Just picked up this speaker and I’m really glad I took a chance on it. When I saw it marked down from around $100, I honestly thought it had to be a scam. Nope. I was way off.This thing sounds great and gets seriously loud. Easily one of the best impulse buys I’ve made in a while. If it’s still at this price, grab one while you can. You won’t regret it.

Easy connect, not a great indoor music speaker
I bought this for my work computer, just so I’d hear email notifications and things like that when I wasn’t wearing my headphones. It’s a great device for what I need it for.However playing music through it is NOT great, at least in an office. I get that this is designed more as an outdoor speaker and maybe it sounds better in the great outdoors.On the pro side, it connected with no issues. It just works. The lights are I guess kind of fun.A small nit to pick is that the charging port is inline with the controls. So if you want the volume up/down and such facing you AND you want to charge the device while using it, the cord is going to be sticking out at you. It’d be nice if the charging post was on the opposite side. Not a huge deal though.Lastly, no matter how I set the volume, when the device connects or disconnects, a voice announces this fact and it is VERY loud. The whole house can hear when my speaker connects/disconnects. Wish I could turn that down or even disable it. If anyone knows how, please let me know.There was no manual or even quick start directions included.

Honestly confused by these positive reviews. I’m returning mine! The sound is awful. It sounds almost like the music is playing underwater. Bluetooth connectivity was a pain in the ass as well. Junk speaker.
