I bought the Dell Chromebook 11 3100 for work and everyday browsing, and it’s been great. The 11.6-inch touchscreen is responsive and makes it easy to navigate. It’s lightweight and sturdy, so I can take it anywhere without worry. The performance is decent for web browsing, emails, and streaming, though it’s not meant for heavy multitasking. Storage is limited at 32GB, but I mainly use cloud storage, so it’s not an issue. Overall, a reliable and affordable Chromebook that meets my needs perfectly.

Works perfectly. This is exactly what I wanted in a Chromebook. It’s the perfect size. The battery life is decent. I’m very happy.

Pretty Good
The functionality and set up is very good. Some apps have to be in landscape or portrait mode to view/use it. I’m giving 4 stars because the laptop works pretty great so far.(I’ve only had it since September 8th ,2025)Also there will be updates until 2029 which is helpful. However the model year claims to be 2022 and it actually is a 2019. And I’d rather have 3 year old computer than a 6 year old one , especially since that’s what I paid for.

Great Laptop Replacement!
A great value! Durable, lightweight, great battery life and very fast and peppy browsing, streaming and processing in general. This was a replacement for our broken laptop and after this we realized a laptop is really too much Horsepower for the non-business related tasks we do. Paired with a USB drive, we can back up anything in the cloud or locally.

Doesn’t work for long.
Lasted 3 months. It was sold as like new. 1st thing happened was the sticky cover put on over the top came off showing the visual damage. Then it just died. Dissatisfied

This chromebook was in excellant condition but the battery life is horible fully charged it only lasts 2 and 1/2 hours max. For the price it’s not that bad if you can’t afford anythind else

It’s very good device working perfectly sound and images very clear, and it’s used very easy –
It is good quality however after auto update there is some problems like some apps don’t work, canva and Google classroom disappeared but it shows that the app is still here but everything else is fine
