Is this charging pad compatible with Android phones?
Not compatible with Android. The charging pad is designed for devices with magnetic wireless charging, available only in iPhone 12 and later models. For optimal Qi2 15W charging, the device must be an iPhone 12 or newer, running on iOS 17.2 or later.
Can a phone case affect wireless charging?
For better wireless charging, remove your phone case before placing it on the charger. If needed, use Apple’s official magnetic case. Avoid cases thicker than 2.5 mm or those without magnetic alignment, as they may reduce charging efficiency.
Is the product safe to use when it gets warm/hot?
We recommend avoiding charging while using the device. It’s normal for wireless chargers to warm up slightly during use. This product meets international safety standards for safe operation.
Does MagGo Magnetic Wireless Charger (Pad) come with a USB-C wall charger?
Please note that a USB-C wall charger is not included with the purchase of MagGo Magnetic Wireless Charger (Pad). For the best charging experience, we recommend using a Power Delivery (PD) compatible wall charger with an output of 20W or higher.
Can I use my laptop to power this wireless charging pad?
It’s not recommended. Most USB-C ports on laptops provide limited power output, which may not be enough for proper wireless charging.

Solid connection with a solid charger
Works great. It’s my first magnetic charger. I’ve had the standard Qi wireless chargers and they are ok. But especially with my new OnePlus 13 I have struggled to get those old chargers lined up correctly with the phones.With this it snaps right to the magnetic case with no problem. And it holds STRONG. I can hold the phone by grabbing the cable coming off the Anker magnetic charger. It probably won’t accidentally come off your phone.It charges at a standard 15w rate which is perfectly fine for overnight charging. And while I would love to find a magnetic charger that supports the full 50w wireless charging, I also don’t want to pay an arm and a leg and I generally don’t need those speeds.I’m also stoked that I get two chargers in the box.

I’ve only tried 1 of the 2 units in the pack so that saidWorks through my defender otterbox case. Stays on sturdy. It seems fast. Like normal fast not the slow charge. And yeah I can pick up my phone and use it still attached. I’ll put one where I stick around and one for bedside as it’s too easy to knock off the other one.Will order another for when I go visit the other house. Oh wow. Even a great idea for car chargingTotally worth it. Using with iPhone 16 proNow I wish the iPad could get the same treatment

Insane value!!
Awesome value. The big plus with this charger is that it doesn’t take up extra space on the back of your phone. I noticed that my other magsafe chargers are kind of large, so they actually will hit the camera bump and then not really connct with the phone, which is super annoying. This one is super small and compact so it takes up just what’s needed and nothing else.Quality feels really robust, and the included velcro strap helps organize the cable. I have only been using this to charge my phone for the last few weeks and it’s been perfect. It charges quickly and no headaches, attaches strongly to my iphone.Photo shows how the dead space on my apple one are removed in the anker one. Great quality, compatible with my iphone, super easy to use, and reliable. what else could you ask for?

REQUIRES higher power port
Unlike some other wireless chargers, these did NOT work with 5W ports, even if the ports might be able to charge the phone with a direct cable — I am unsure if 7.5/15W ports work, or if USB PD (20W+) is a requirement.Image says “use 20W or higher” (and no, I don’t know why the claim iPhone-only 🤷♀️)The chargers do work great with a 30W charger but get a little warmer than others, making me suspect they are not the most energy efficient design.

Works great on Pixel 10 Pro
Works great for my Pixel 10 Pro! At first it was charging very slowly, and only up to 70%, but turns out it was a software issue on Google’s end.Anker was also very helpful; when I thought the charger was defective, they reached out via Amazon and tried troubleshooting it with me. They even sent me an additional one at no charge to see if the first one was defective. You can always count on Anker.

NOT for a Pixel 10
Update 24 Nov 2025: Their customer service was exceptional and sent a replacement to try. Unfortunately it still did work. I sent them back for a full refund. They didn’t work for a Pixel 10, but at least their customer service is amazing and tried to hook me up with a solution.I have a Pixel 10 Pro, which was listed as a compatible device when I purchased these. After some trial and error, I discovered the “secret handshake”: you have to unplug the USB-C block before placing your phone on the charger.Even then, it only charges to a certain point before it stops working entirely. If you have a Pixel 10, I’d recommend avoiding these, they are not truly compatible.Fortunately, it looks like the lack of compatibility has since been added to the item description.

Solid Anker Build, Does the Job
So far, so good. The charger generates some unexpected heat, and the charging is slow and steady, not a quick charge. The cord is a nice length, and the magnetic hold grips the magnet on my iPhone is adequate for use while seated. The price is great for the two-pack, easy to power up and attach, Great for purpose intended and nicely designed for inobtrusive use.

Prodotto meraviglioso e da quasì un mese che lo utilizzo per il mio 17 pro max e devo dire che ricarica il telefono in 30 minuti se lo colleghi ad un caricatore di 20w, il mag safe è fortissimo e la ricarica è molto veloce, super consigliato, la ricarica è continua.Ne comprerò altri in futuro.
