Why does charging stop at 80%?
Your iPhone may automatically stop charging at 80% to protect its battery from overheating, as part of iOS 17’s thermal management strategy. Charging will resume once the device cools down. Moving it to a cooler spot can help speed up this process.
What functions does the button have?
Pressing the button once displays the battery level and activates wireless charging. Holding it for 2 seconds turns off the lights and the wireless charging feature. Holding it for 5 seconds disables the “Instant Connect”feature.
Why is my phone overheating?
We regulate the charging surface to stay below 104°F (40°C), but your phone may still heat up, especially under heavy use. If overheating occurs during charging, pause and let the phone cool down before resuming.

Slim, light, 10k, MagSafe
For a 10k capacity bank, this Anker power bank is pretty slim and light. Decent magnet connection strength even when using a case on my iPhone. I get the 15w MagSafe Qi2 charging indicator when connected and charges fast wirelessly. It does get warm as expected for wireless charging, but hasn’t gotten too hot for me. One of the best MagSafe chargers that has a decent capacity.

Worth every penny
Awesome. Super fast charging for my Samsung Fold6. Fits in my pocket. Magnetic charging is hard as it conflicts with my camera array and lining it up is a little difficult. As a wired charger it is fantastic and functional.

Anker battery power bank
This battery fit my IPhone 17 perfectly. The battery power is quick and it charges up quickly too. It has a nice weight to it and is attractive. I chose the pink and it blends well with the lavender phone. The magnet attaches to the phone case nicely. Can slide a little bit.

excellent power bank with strong maganet
I have a iphone Xs .. battery is crap .. but don’t feel like laying out $800 for a new phone .. I bought a cheap plastic case with the magnet built in for the iPhone Xs since my iPhone is not MagSafe already .. then applied this power bank to the back of the iphone and it worked perfectly .. despite what other say, the magnet in this power bank is really strong .. you have too pry the two pieces apart …. this is not falling apart/off by no means … it got a little hot during charging, but it powers through to 100% .. much better than a power bank with wires .. and small enough to stick in my pocket (my last power bank was very heavy .. this product has weight, but not like those big power banks) .. I recommend this product

Good buy
I’ve been using the power bank since before Thanksgiving, and overall, it has proven to be a reliable and useful accessory. The MagSafe feature and the ease of use are what I enjoy the most, it snaps onto my phone effortlessly and charges without hassle.However, while it is advertised as ultraslim, it’s not quite as slim as I expected. It’s still compact enough for daily use, but the thickness makes it a little less pocket-friendly than I had hoped. Despite that, its reliability and convenience outweigh this minor drawback.

High quality device, on the heavy side
I love buying Anker products! As opposed to many other products on receives from Amazon, Anker products come in a nice box (read: GIFT box), they have instructions, and as one unwraps them, one feels that one is receiving a QUALITY, high class product. Anker products come in a thick paperboard box rather than layers of cheap cellophane plastic, as most other products do.Does that affect the quality of the product I am receiving? NO. But it certainly does affect MY PERCEPTION of the product, which is important to me!As to the product itself, I ordered this inPINK so my son doesn’t “walk off” with it. And it is a lovely pink color. The product is about 1& 1/2 times the thickness of my iphone with the iphone case on it. The charger feels about the same weight or a bit heavier than my cell phone.The magnetic charger is strong enough to hold on to the iphone magnet on its own, without my having to hold it in place. That’s a BIG plus! I took a quick pic so you can visually see that the battery of the charger stays attached, against gravity, without my having to hold it in place.My one concern with the product is the weight. I became concerned about weight of chargers when I was recently at Universal & my phone went dead. One needs one’s phone to place food orders, so I had to carry a backup charger with me everywhere. I only carried a v. small purse, and wanted to keep it very light. . When weight matters, the weight of the charger matters a lot. The charger I carried with me was SO heavy!I have not found the balance of weight vs functionality that I am looking for in this product. I still consider this too heavy. I understand that less weight = less charging power. I also ordered the Anker 5,000 mAh. When that arrives I will review that as compared with this charger.If I don’t have to worry how heavy my purse it, if I’m not going on a day long shopping excursion or to an event, this product is spot on & perfect. But when I want to keep my purse light, this charger may not be the best choice.

The golden standard (in 2025 at least) for what a magsafe/qi2 powerbank should be. Lots of power for small size. The powerbank gets recharged fast, it also charges devices fast via the usbc port. And as cherry on top it can charge your phone when the powerbank is plugged in, so you can charge both the powerbank and the phone at the same time with one cable.

An excellent and compact battery pack. I previously used a 5000mAh battery pack that was very similarly sized. But this Anker battery pack squeezes in twice the capacity into a similar space and weight.My main use case was to cover phone usage whilst on a trip to Disneyland Paris – lots of family photos, videos and a lot of browsing of the Disney app means the phone battery takes a bit of a hammering.With this power pack on the back of my iPhone 15 Pro Max, I was able to maintain phone charge at 100% each day and still have (per the charge indicator) approximately 25-50% charge remaining on the battery pack.A great piece of kit that, whilst may be slightly pricier than some other brands, delivers on quality.Yet another impressive Anker product.
