Great Product! Amazing Customer Service!
I got this charger so that I could charge and power my MacBook Pro, my two iPads, my Apple Watch, my AirPods, my iPhone and several portable synthesizers all at once when traveling without needing to bring a power strip with me or multiple chargers. I am happy to report it does a fantastic job at this and that it charges all those devices simultaneously without any problems. It’s smaller and lighter than my MacBook Pro charger and it is made out of durable metal instead of plastic. On top of that, it looks great! I am also thrilled with the customer service. The company not only gave me a lifetime warranty on this product when I registered with them, they replied and offered to send me another free product for evaluation that I could keep. All they wanted is for me to leave an honest review of both products. This is the kind of customer service that actually builds brand loyalty! I wish that more companies would do this kind of thing. Unfortunately, too many companies are running their customer service departments with AI agents these days that quickly respond to your emails and calls, but with generic replies that clearly don’t even understand what your questions are. Meanwhile, the makers of this product are doing more to engage my feedback than I have ever seen by any company, even companies I have spent $10,000 with. They clearly care and that is so rare these days. Most companies seem to just want your money, not your feedback and it makes you feel like they don’t care what you think. Not so with this company. I felt like I was being treated like a true friend, not an ATM. I cannot give a higher recommendation. It’s a great reminder that when you buy a product, it’s not just about the product.
