I’ll be honest: when I first opened the box and saw the handheld display pod and all the electrodes, I thought, “Oh no, this is going to be complicated.” I was fully prepared for a 30-minute setup with an app that wouldn’t connect and cryptic error codes. I was wrong.The instructions are literally one double-sided sheet with big pictures and maybe 12 steps total. I had it out of the box, paired to my phone via Bluetooth, and standing on the scale in under five minutes. The app walked me through everything the first time (place the pod on the scale, step on barefoot, hold the handle, done). That’s it. No calibration nightmares, no “recenter your weight” nonsense—just instant, consistent readings.The measurements themselves are impressive. It tracks weight, body fat %, visceral fat, muscle mass, bone mass, water %, BMI, BMR, and a bunch more. I’ve compared it side-by-side with my gym’s professional scale and the numbers are within 0.2–0.4 % for body fat, which is more than close enough for home use. Unable to set it up
The item I received may have been defective. Two people tried to set it up. We followed instructions, watched the setup video, even watched a YouTube video. Scale kept shutting down. Too much hassle. I returned it for a refund.
