These cameras were so easy to install! The hardest thing was running and installing the wires/cords to each room. The dvr and app was all a breeze. The quality is really good. The only thing is it advertises that it’s a two way talk, you can hear the person being recorded but are unable to speak to them through the app

Incredible product with LOTS OF functions
This is an EXCELLENT product.I obtained the product from previous house owner. The owner forgot the password so I reached out to the customer service representative – Jimmy. He is incredible friendly, patient and helpful. He took a video on his own phone and shared the detailed step-by-step guidance to reset previous email address and the admin password. I was able to solve the forgotten unrecoverable account and password the next day.Once I have the account set up, the app is extremely easy to follow up.1) Once the camera is set, it is clear to hear: you can hear the car drive by through the app. There are even 2-way audio.2) The picture was clear, even if it is dark outside.3) The quality of video remains excellent regarding the light, even if that is dark (see picture below), and poor weather (rain)4) Easy to change camera name, alarm, notification, motion detection, events and other functions that I am still exploring.Overall, The product has so many functions. It is a little bit expensive, but compared to many other security cameras, this is worth every single penny and more!!

High quality video and easy set up!
We needed something reliable for the house since we’ve had some packages stolen in the past. My boyfriend set the cameras up and he said he didn’t any issues. Having just one cable for each camera made tucking the wires out of sight very easy.The picture quality is crisp and way better than I expected, even at night, and the app is really easy to use. The audio works well enough too. And even though the video is high quality, we have very little worry of filling the 2TB hard drive any time soon.I love that the alerts are actually smart and don’t just buzz my phone every time a leaf flys by, lol. The AI seems to detect only people quite well so far. I would recommend this set of cameras if you need to cover some areas around or in your house and aren’t particularly tech savvy.

Poor camera image quality, not worth building a system around
Rating: 2 out of 5Focus of this review: Camera image quality onlyContext:I did not end up using the included NVR or software at all. Instead, I adopted these cameras into my UniFi system using PoE. Because the image quality was so poor, I never even bothered evaluating the NVR, UI, or software experience. The cameras themselves were a nonstarter.Camera quality:• Overall image quality: Very poor. Even at 8MP on paper, the real-world image does not reflect that resolution in any meaningful way.• Detail and clarity: Soft image, weak fine detail, and disappointing sharpness. Faces, vehicles, and objects lack usable definition.• Low-light performance: Especially bad. Night performance degrades quickly, with muddy images and heavy loss of detail.• Dynamic range: Highlights blow out easily, and shadows crush, resulting in a flat and unusable image in mixed lighting.• Compression artifacts: Visible even in normal conditions, further reducing usable clarity.Final thoughts:No matter how good an NVR or software interface might be, it simply does not matter if the cameras themselves cannot deliver acceptable image quality. Based on the camera performance alone, I would not recommend this system. I attached a screenshot showing the image quality so others can judge for themselves, but my recommendation is to invest your money elsewhere in a better camera platform.
