This product has two panels, each of which is 5W, so the power is 2 * 5w=10W. The USB -A port voltage and current are 5V-2A (10W MAX), but there may be losses during the solar energy conversion process.Because conditions such as the quality and duration of sunlight can affect the output power.

Portable Power Anywhere – Great Pairing with Jump Starters & Small Power Stations
I picked up the FlexSolar 60W Foldable Solar Panel to pair with my AstroAI S8 Ultra Jump Starter/Power Bank, and the combination turned out to be surprisingly useful for road trips and emergencies.Performance:• In good sunlight, I consistently got 40–50W output, which is solid for a 60W panel. It won’t fully replace wall charging, but it’ll keep your devices and backup batteries topped off if you’re off-grid.• It works well with my jump starter and smaller power stations—anything that takes USB-C, USB-A QC3.0, or DC 20–28V input.Design & Build:• The foldable design makes it easy to pack—it’s about the size of a laptop bag when folded and opens wide with sturdy kickstands.• The IP67 waterproof rating isn’t just marketing—it shrugged off light rain without issue. Definitely designed with camping and travel in mind.Ports & Charging Options:• USB-C PD and QC3.0 ports are a huge plus—charged my iPhone 13 Pro Max with it no problem• The DC port works well for small solar generators and power banks (like a combo jump pack/ power bank).• Having multiple ports at once is nice, but performance drops a bit if you plug in too many devices simultaneously.Ease of Use:• Plug-and-play. Just unfold, angle toward the sun, and connect. What I Liked Most:• Portable, lightweight, and rugged—great for camping or road trips.• Reliable output in direct sunlight.• Pairs seamlessly with backup batteries and jump starters. What Could Be Better:• A built in kickstand would be nice addition.• Works best in direct, midday sun. Cloudy-day performance is limited (as expected with most panels).• No built-in battery—strictly a charger, so you need a power bank or device attached.TDLR:The FlexSolar 60W Foldable Panel is a great choice if you want portable solar power for emergencies, camping, or road trips. On its own, it’s a dependable solar charger. Paired with something like a compact jump pack (Previous product I paired this with), you’ve basically got a self-sufficient off-grid kit.

    Great solar charger!
Took this on a remote hunt and it performed great. Seemed to charge about the same as a wall charger when in full sunlight. Used it on my dash and outside in dusty conditions. Feels very durable for the price.

    Works as advertised.
I use this product every day. As a person who takes square payments outside while running my hot dog pushcart. This item is perfect for keeping my cell phone charges the whole day. Of course, when it gets cloudy, the charging drops by half. But it does what I need it to do.

Works well, holds up in the weather
Works as described. In direct sunlight laying flat on the ground it puts out 35-40 watts consistently. Angled towards the sun in direct sunlight I have reached a peak output of 59 watts before. If you aren’t familiar with solar panels they typically don’t put out more than 75-80% of their advertised wattage even in ideal conditions, so I was pleasantly surprised by this. Left it out in the rain on a camping trip and it had no issues. Even put out 2-3 watts for the whole rain storm so I knew it was still functioning. For the price I think you can’t really beat this. Keep in mind that if you use the USB C or USB A output you won’t be able to get the full power output of the panel. You can only get the full output from the DC barrel plug, but the full output from this panel would be more than the maximum charging input of most USB C devices anyway, so I see no problem with that.

FlexSolar 60W Foldable Solar Panel – test it right away – the USB C port is cheaply made and faulty
FlexSolar 60W Foldable Solar Panel – test it right away – the USB C port is cheaply made and faulty. Shame on me, I know better to test these things right away. I personally bought the FlexSolar 40W Foldable Solar Panel and it is one of the better solar products on the market. This 60W was a gift to me and I waited to use it. The USB C housing is completely different from the 40W – it’s like a different device that you would definitely NOT want to pack for that hike or camping trip – it is not reliable or dependable – DO NOT BUY – IT WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED.

On a overcast winter day in Ontario Canada in the late afternoon with very low lighting this panel while just lying flat on the ground was able to supercharge my Samsung phone at its max power delivery rate of 24 Watts over USB-C. Pretty mind blowing to be honest. This newer panel is more expensive than the first version but the new solar technology that they are using for these cells is way better in low light conditions compared to its predecessor. You pay slightly more but you get much more output. In my opinion this version 2 of the flex solar 100 watt foldable portable solar panel is the only one to buy right now. It outputs 10 to 15% more power under identical conditions and goes beyond that when dealing with indirect or diffuse sunlight through clouds. It’s surprising because the efficiency difference on paper only shows 24% versus 23% but in reality in real world conditions the output differences are substantial. I’m impressed.

My first solar panel purchase.Pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. Tested in perfect conditions and was impressed. Took it camping in overcast/ rainy/ moments of sunshine and it worked well!Tried it out flat on the ground, on the hood of the car and hung it ( I was following the sun). All three worked well. If hanging it, have it on an angle (like it suggests) for best performance but I didn’t do that and it stilled worked. The price was great and it is compact for easy storage. Extremely happy with this purchase.
